I stayed committed to practicing and in 2016 completed my 200 RYT with Yoga District in Washington, DC. I've studied Black Lotus and Ashtanga yoga with Ty Landrum, Wambui Njuguna, and Petri Raisanen. My academic work in conflict transformation, trauma-sensitivity, and religion and spirituality all inform the yoga I practice on and beyond the mat. I strive to bring a focus on sacred space creation and non-harming (ahimsa) into every class I teach. Classes with me generally start with steady heat-building, are playful and alignment-focused, and end with healing relaxation.

Her approach is inclusive and adaptive, rooted in the understanding that every body is unique, and guided by a desire to help students connect more deeply with their own physical and energetic intelligence.

Yoga has long been a grounding thread in Amanda’s journey, supporting balance and clarity through seasons of change and challenge. Her teaching reflects an ongoing exploration of embodiment, resilience, and compassion, shaped by the experiences of the many places she has called home and the inspirations of the teachers who have guided her along the way.

Her classes offer both challenge and respite, integrating philosophy,  creative sequencing, breathwork, and sound elements to help students cultivate greater awareness, curiosity, and agency both on and off the mat. Outside of teaching yoga, Amanda is a designer, educator, artist, animal lover, and nature enthusiast.

Amy Frances (she/her) can’t call to memory her first yoga class, but she remembers what she’d been looking for when she found it . . . Church. As a child growing up in the Catholic Church, that became her first connection to collective consciousness (not that she was aware of it at the time). As a yoga student, Amy connected to that same feeling of being deeply grounded, weightless and liberated, all while being in community.

My inner landscape has changed dramatically, and therefore my relationship to the external, simply by showing up to breathe. Arianna is a dance teacher, freelance dancer, singer, and a passionate creator born, raised and currently residing in Pleasant Valley, NY. Arianna teaches at the local dance studio. In 2019, she received a BA in Dance from Hunter College and shortly after studied at a professional dance training program with the Limon Dance Company. Her love for yoga started while she was in college and grew through the pandemic years.


She has a passion for reading and learning about ancient scripture and yogic philosophy. In her free time, Arianna enjoys going on solo hikes as a way to connect deeper to nature. She finds profound meaning in putting oneself in unconventional situations, an example being spending time barefoot in the pouring rain. Arianna loves to connect with new humans through teaching and hopes to inspire others to connect with their bodies and their minds in a deeper way; “To stay connected to the present moment, and to lead with love.” Arianna believes that yoga is for everybody and everyBODY and aims to create a safe and inclusive space for all people to practice the art of yoga.

My love for yoga began 18 years ago with a simple DVD. Over the years, my practice remained mostly at home, but my connection to yoga deepened. Through every chapter of life, yoga—my mat, my breath—was there to guide me, and at times, carry me through.


About four years ago, I stepped into something entirely new—something I never imagined myself doing: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and Boxing. Mornings began with yoga, evenings ended with these dynamic practices. I fell in love with it all. My warm-ups and cool-downs were rooted in Asanas. It became clear—yoga was a part of me.


This new passion opened the door for me to pursue a long-held dream: to teach.


Yoga has brought calm to many of my storms. My hope is that, by sharing this beautiful practice (along with other forms of self care )  it can do the same for others—while always honoring its roots.

 Hi, I’m Rachel Hope! I am an RYT-250 specializing in Vinyasa & Yin/Restorative Yoga, usually blending the two in my classes! In my free time I am an herbalism enthusiast, painter, poet, and homemaker.   

I found Yoga in 2016, after our family PCSed to Thailand and I realized that I needed something to combat the anxiety that comes with big life changes and transitions. Our family moved to the Hudson Valley in 2022, after my husband retired from the USAF with 20 years of Service. Forever grateful for the peace Yoga brought me in previous big moments, I began my journey to teach and share the art of yoga in 2024.  

To me a yoga practice is one of the rare places in life where you get to just be in the moment and witness the good, bad, and everything in between. One of my first grade reports stated that I was “off task again due to dancing", and I hope that the classes I teach embody that for my students; giving them a place to get a little off task - to listen to their bodies - move with their breath - and just BE in the moment.   

On any given day you can find me dabbling with herbs & tinctures in my home studio, walking our dog, spending a bit too much money shopping with my daughter, or cuddling with my husband while watching a feel-good sitcom.

I was drawn to yoga at a time when I felt quite disconnected from life. The physical practice re-introduced me to myself and then the world around me. This sense of connection led me to dive deeper into the fundamental aspects and philosophies of yoga and eventually led me to teaching.


In addition to the internal connection yoga can facilitate, I can attest to the unifying and community-strengthening nature of yoga, having taught a broad range of ages and abilities in various settings (studios, homes, children's organizations, and a women's prison). In addition to teaching yoga, I am a full-time social worker. Each practice informs the other; I believe yoga philosophy and advocating for a more peaceful, content, and equitable world coincide. 

I am endlessly grateful to share what I have learned throughout my practice and various teacher trainings, including, but not limited to: 200-hour vinyasa and 100-hour hot through NP Rock Yoga; 300-hr advanced teacher training through Newburgh Yoga Shala; Trauma-Informed training through Liberation Prison Yoga; Yin & Restorative through Stone Wave Yoga.

Hi! I'm Tahnee a RYT 200 yoga instructor certified in Vinyasa, Prenatal, Yin, and Restorative Yoga. As a social worker & yogi I am passionate about creating welcoming, inclusive spaces where students of all backgrounds and life stages can explore movement, breath, and stillness in a way that feels supportive and nourishing.


After going through my own pregnancy and becoming a mom, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for how yoga can support us through life’s many transitions. Supporting pregnant students and new mothers has become a meaningful part of my work, though I love connecting with students wherever they are on their path.


Whether I’m leading an energizing Vinyasa flow or a grounding restorative practice, my intention is to help students feel more connected to themselves—physically, mentally, and emotionally. I believe yoga is for every body and that its benefits reach far beyond the mat.


I’m committed to ongoing learning and growth, and I’m always looking for ways to expand my offerings to best support my community.


When I’m not teaching, you can find me exploring the Hudson Valley and spending time with my husband and daughter, and our two labradoodles, Romeo and Juliet.
